Class size will be limited in order to provide each student individual attention and is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unlike other many classes, ours is very hands-on, so be sure to wear appropriate clothing. The three-day class is $500 with all materials included.  We offer an $85/per day refresher for students who originally learned in a different program (does not include artificial insemination manual or binder).  Big Branch-Cooper Cattle gladly welcomes our former students to refresh their skills at no charge. This includes students who participated in classes hosted by Big Branch Breeders Service.

Discounts are available for full-time high school and college students and faculty members. ​

Meets or Exceeds NAAB Standards

  • Six hours of live cow insemination practice done over a minimum of three separate sessions.
  • At least two cows per student per course, with each student having access to a minimum of ten practice cows.
  • A maximum of eight students per instructor
